Ken joined Vestar in 2006 and is Chief Operating Officer and Head of Investor Relations, responsible for all fundraising activities at the firm. He is also on Vestar’s Management Committee, which oversees investment strategy and firm operations.

Prior to joining Vestar, he spent two decades in the media industry as a senior executive with multiple firms including Pyramid Communications as EVP/CFO, AMFM as CEO and President, and Clear Channel as President and Chief Operating Officer.

Ken is a graduate of Brown University where he is a Trustee Emeriti and past President of the Brown University Sports Foundation.
