Madison is a Senior Associate at Vestar.

Prior to joining the firm in 2025, she was an Associate at EagleTree Capital, a New York City-based private equity firm. Prior to that, she was a Senior Analyst in the Mergers and Acquisitions Investment Banking Group at Evercore. She began her career as an Analyst in the Financial Institutions Investment Banking Group at Bank of America.

Madison holds a B.A. in Economics from Yale University.
