Jennifer Mintman joined Vestar in 2023 as a Senior Advisor to Vestar’s Business and Technology Services group, focused on commercial facilities services. Jennifer brings more than 25 years of General Electric experience in P&L leadership, acquisitions and integration, global product management, supply chain, quality, and service operations.

Following GE, Jennifer was the Chief Strategy Officer of Brightview Landscape Services and EVP/ GM for Brightview Facility Services where she was responsible for the BFS P&L, Supply Chain, IT, Risk, Safety, and corporate strategy including mergers & acquisitions.

Jennifer currently serves as an Independent Director on the boards of Tech24 and Stratus, and is a member of the Stratus Audit Committee.  Jennifer graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical & Biomedical Engineering.
