Steve Kent led an LBO of a 65-person network integration business in 1992. He listed that business on the London Stock Exchange in 1996, after which it was acquired by what became Virgin Media in 1998.
Steve was founder and CEO of ClinPhone, a Randomization and Trial Supply Management provider. He listed ClinPhone on the London Stock Exchange in 2006 and it was acquired by PAREXEL (NASDAQ: PRXL) in 2008. ClinPhone was merged with PAREXEL’s Perceptive Informatics subsidiary and Steve subsequently served as President of Perceptive Informatics and as part of PAREXEL’s operational board.
Steve is Non-Executive Chairman of three private equity-backed pharma services companies, CRF Health, Phlexglobal, and Kinapse. He is also Non-Executive Chairman of Imagen Therapeutics.
Steve received a business studies degree from the University of East Anglia in England. He is also a qualified accountant and a Fellow of the Association of Cost and Chartered Accountants.
