Brian K. Ratzan
Brian is Managing Director in charge of Vestar's Consumer group. He came to the firm in 1998 from '21' International Holdings, a private investment firm, where he was a Vice President. Prior to that, Brian worked in the Investment Banking Group at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette.
Brian holds a BA from the University of Michigan, where he was a member of the academic honor society Phi Beta Kappa. He earned his MBA from Harvard Business School.
Brian grew up on Long Island, New York, and now lives in Armonk, New York, with his three children.
