Brendan J. Spillane
Brendan is a Vestar Managing Director and the firm's Corporate Chief Financial Officer. He came to Vestar in 2006 from SV Investment Partners, the U.S. affiliate of Schroder Ventures, where he was CFO.
Prior to that, Brendan served as the CFO of Schafer Capital Management, a registered investment adviser. He started his career in the audit practice at Price Waterhouse.
Brendan holds his BS from Manhattan College and is a Certified Public Accountant. Originally from the Bronx, New York, he now resides in Katonah, New York, with his wife and three children.
