Steven Della Rocca
Steve joined Vestar as its General Counsel and Managing Director in July 2010.
Steve spent 30 years as an attorney in private practice at Latham & Watkins LLP, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance as well as securities and general corporate law. During his tenure at Latham & Watkins, he held a variety of senior management leadership and policy-making roles, including serving as the chairman of the New York Corporate Department and on the firm’s global Executive Committee.
Steve earned his BS in Economics, cum laude, from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, in 1977 and his JD from New York University School of Law in 1980. Steve resides in Southport, Connecticut, with his wife and son.
