Anil Shrivastava Named Managing Director of Vestar Capital Partners
NEW YORK – May 29, 2007 - Vestar Capital Partners, a leading international private equity firm, today announced that Anil Shrivastava has joined the firm as a Managing Director.
Mr. Shrivastava brings more than 15 years of healthcare industry experience as a partner at Bain & Company, Inc., the global business consulting firm. While at the firm, Mr. Shrivastava led Bain’s private equity healthcare efforts, where he identified emerging trends and worked closely with investors and management teams to realize new sources of value.
